SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders will typically be dispatched within 10-15 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All tracking numbers will be received around the time dispatch or 2 business from dispatch.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES:

Shipping delivery times are estimated to be around 10-15 business days. During holidays after new years shipping may take up to 60 days to receive your order due to delays and large volumes of orders that slow our fulfillment centers down.

When purchasing we kindly ask that you wait up to 60 days to receive your order before canceling. Space Therapy Pro is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. 

It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and we will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel.
